Karen Pagani

Though originally from the Northeast, Karen lived in France for many years before finally moving to Austin in 2008.  She was bitten by the real estate bug during her time in Paris, and hit the ground running in that respect when she moved to Austin. An investor herself, she has been flipping and selling houses in Windsor Park since 2008. Karen loves going into houses and imagining what can be done with them and whom they would please. She became a Realtor® because she was attracted by the prospect of helping people make informed decisions as they seek out their dream home or that next investment property. Having bought and sold properties in Europe, Karen also enjoys helping international clients navigate the ins and outs of the Texas real estate market.

Karen earned her B.A. from Cornell University in Comparative Literature and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Chicago. Karen has over 7 years of experience as a professor, published author, and a researcher. This invaluable work experience informs her approach to real estate, to which she is now devoted full time.  Karen firmly believes that—be they buying or selling—the most satisfied clients are those who are well-informed about their options (and you have so many!) and the process. Be it intellectual history, contract theory, or the Austin real estate market, Karen always does her homework and…then some.

Karen is proud to be finally a part of the Juice Homes Team. The agency’s attention to detail, keen marketing capabilities, and excellent team of dedicated professionals are what drew her to this firm.

Karen is an active member of the Windsor Park community and a regular sponsor of its newsletter.  She is former Vice President  and current President of the Windsor Park Neighborhood Association; a former member of the Windsor Park Yard of the Month Committee; and co-founder and member of Austin’s finest co-ed synchronized swim team, the Windsor Park Neighborhood Association’s Synchronized Swim Team. Check out their most recent performance here: Bartholomew Pool Grand Opening Performance.

Thanks to the generous sponsorships of numerous local residents and businesses, including the Nomad Bar, the team has already raised over 600$ toward the construction of shade structures over the play-scapes at Bartholomew park.

The selling of this house was nearly painless and your ideas for preparation were spot on. You are an excellent knowledgeable, customer conscious real estate agent. I would recommend you to anyone without hesitation.
